As of today, we have 8 people total that have agreed to run the route. We’ve also had three people volunteer to help with logistics.

Logistics

The day of the run will go as follows:

  1. 6 AM. Meet at Brookside Park. Runners and drivers will meet here and then head to Chantry Flats. If anyone wants to make their own way to Chantry, that’s ok.
  2. 7 AM. Run starts.
  3. 9 AM. Red Box Aid Station set up.
  4. 11 AM. Picnic set up.

We need help primarily in the following areas:

  • Transportation: With 8 runners, we would need two 5-passenger cars to drive everyone to Chantry Flats. Three cars would probably be better. We can also hand off drop bags for the aid station.
  • Red Box Aid Station: We need 3-4 people to run this aid station, and somebody to be in charge.
  • Picnic: All are welcome to join in for the picnic. We could use someone to take charge of this.
